2018 Luther Terry Awards nominations deadline 29 September

The deadline to nominate an individual for the 2018 Luther Terry Awards is 29 September, 2017, all nomination packages must be emailed to lutherterry@cancer.org by this date. Details about the nomination process, guidelines and nomination forms are available on the American Cancer Society website.

The 2018 Luther L. Terry Award winners will be honored at the American Cancer Society lunchtime plenary session, during the 17th World Conference on Tobacco or Health on March 8, 2018 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Through the Luther L. Terry Awards, the American Cancer Society is proud to recognise individuals and organisations that carry on Dr. Terry’s legacy of excellence in tobacco control in communities around the world. Their extraordinary achievements are helping reduce tobacco use and save lives from cancer and other illnesses.
